"Great staff, great location, comfy beds with a selection of pillows. The 'boast' in the welcome pack that the rooms were refurbished in 2013... shows. Looking a little dated. The 'gym' had a few bikes / rowers, would love to see them improve this and i'd be back."

Noisy Airconditioner
"I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day."
