“The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. “Room was close to Ark Encounter and delicious Mexican Restaurant. Room was clean, bedding comfortable exactly what we wanted at a great price. Free breakfast was a plus with hotel staff restocking immediately. Only issue I experienced is they should replace the small blow dryer as it was getting very hot”

When I returned to my room that day, my bed was freshly made... however, the drawers where I had carefully put my clothing had been disturbed and rifled through. And missing from my room was the full bottle of water that I'd brought and put by the bed, my personal soap and soap dish that I travel with (as my skin is sensitive) and an apple.
