“We stayed at Ajira for three nights and were assured that we would be refunded for the remaining three nights. Unfortunately, the communication from the reception staff was poor throughout our stay. On the day of checkout, we were asked to pay for charges relating to something we never used, which was both frustrating and disappointing. When we questioned it, no one took ownership of the issue or offered a proper explanation. Instead, it felt as though the priority was collecting more money……

“Is okay”

“The bed was fairly soft. The fridge worked very well. The 2 x AC units also worked very well which was necessary for the hot July evening I stayed there. It looks a bit better than it is. The kitchen appeared to be quite good but there were hardly any dinnerware to eat with or from. The kitchen faucet barely worked. No soap to clean the dirty dishes that were there. Had to hunt to find the towels. The communication wasn’t that great and they never told me the address. It was a guessing game……

“Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Das Personal war zwar freundlich und höflich, aber leider gab es viele Probleme. * Das Zimmer hatte keinen Meerblick, obwohl wir etwas anderes erwartet hatten. * Das WLAN war extrem schlecht, sodass ich während meines Aufenthalts nicht arbeiten konnte. * Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich, nichts besonderes und man musste viele Dinge extra bestellen. * Es wurde kein kostenloses Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. * Die Dachterrasse (Rooftop) war geschlossen und……

“Location”

“My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation.”

“Lovely rooms and beautiful property. The staff were lovely and catered to us very well, especially towards by 18month old son. My only issue was with waiting times for room service but otherwise its a beautiful hotel and we had a lovely time”
