“Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. “整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！”
