“Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was an added bonus.”

“It was very different from anything I've ever stayed in before. There was a cat inside the hotel and in my room the shower was missing the head and I found stink bugs in my room. Unpleasant stay.”

“They were professional and the hotel was convenient and clean”

“ The room smells cigarette ”

“Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling.”

“房间很大”

“Cute little place, comfortable beds, very easy check in and check out. The fenced in back yard great for pets!”

“It's a nice casino property - clean, spacious rooms with key features; clean bathroom in good shape, comfortable beds - at a very good price. All staff were polite. Very slow check-in / check-out. Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. “Everything was what I expected and the communication was timely. Would stay there again if going to Oglebay Resort.”

“good”
