“Awesome place to stay”

“This is our 3rd trip up to Snowshoe and we won't stay anywhere else. Here's why - SKI IN SKI OUT (lift is right outside the door), 3 (yes THREE) MASSIVE HOT TUBS (or as my daughter called them - Mini Pools), gorgeous, spacious lodge filled with games, TWO fire places, books, T.V., couches, etc. Every room I've ever got at this lodge was exceptionally clean, had plenty of utensils to cook with, deck to have that morning coffee, fireplace, and quite time (you can't hear other guests through the……

“Overall, the rental unit was fine - clean, had everything we needed, and host communication was good. I didn't like being asked to sign up on another app (Staylio) just because it's more convenient for the host. I booked with Vrbo and expect to use Virgo's app. In the end, I don't think I used the Staylio app. But this should not be an expectation of the host. The unit is a bit dated and ML is just meh - a big renovation is planned and it sorely needs it. But it gets the job done. The one really……

“TV and lamp in bedroom did not work. Hidden cost of the unit nearly double of the click bait price advertised. Unit is ‘dated’, not what I expected. Ran out of toilet paper half way through stay. Only two towels provided for 4 night stay. Lock on door gave us problems. Adequate, but not memorable. ”

“The home was very comfortable and cozy for our stay. The beds were comfy and helped rejuvenate after some sold skiing. The boot warmer near the fire place was CLUTCH with the cold weather. I would highly recommend this home for any stays up at the shoe!”
