“We loved this house, so much character. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We cooked and ate our meals here (you can even do a grocery pickup at the Kroger which is not far away). We loved listening to the river, and truly just enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!”

“This house was nicer than the photos! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with implements to make a delicious surf and turf dinner. 1st floor bath had a wonderful shower and the queen beds were great. Host was very responsive and helpful. The view was breathtaking and the area had a lot to offer.”

“The cabin is rustic as you’d expect with a train track close by. Sleep with white noise to help with train traffic. Sitting on the deck overlooking the river was magical! Bed was comfortable.”

“This cabin is perfect. It’s spotlessly clean. It had everything I needed for coffee in the morning to enjoy the absolute stunning Mountain Views. The bed was so comfy. Towels were plush. The host was so nice. I even walked the cute mushroom trail on the property. I wish I could spend every weekend morning there with a cup of coffee. Not far from the National Park. ”

“The property is cozy and has lots of extra amenities, like a coffee and snack bar, and the kitchen had all we needed. The place is nicely decorated and had plenty of space for the five of us. We enjoyed sitting on the deck one night and watching the sunset. It is located close enough to Fayetteville to be able to get there in about 15 to 20 minutes, but is out in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle.”

“Upon arrival you will find an older lodge type accommodation. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Plenty of towels, you can get ice down in the lobby thru the restaurant. Rooms are older and haven’t been updated in a while, but the location and view of the lake is why you come (unless it’s winter-then skiers) There is a bar/grill that serves dinner- no breakfast. Beds are older and could be updated, but rooms were clean. Very quiet. Enjoyed live music the night we stayed.”
