“It was good to find a place that accepted our 2 dogs, as we had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Milton. ”

“Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was exactly as pictured—beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The layout made great use of the space, and the location couldn't have been better. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The room itself was cool, bright, airy, and somehow still felt incredibly cozy. The bed was so comfortable, and the bedding was some of the best we've slept in while traveling.Everything about our stay exceeded our……

“Marilyn is an amazing host. Property was beautiful as described. Cozy little unit with bright decor and a location that can’t be beat. We’ll be back!”

“Host was quick to respond and allowed late check out!”

“I arrived and didn’t feel safe at this place. I was under the impression it was a house and instead it was a condo shared with multiple people. When we arrived there were people in the backyard smoking. When we walked in the house it smelt of marijuana. We immediately contacted the owner saying we couldn’t stay there and we didn’t feel safe. He said he understood and would refund us the money. Yet here I am a week later fighting with VRBO because the owner is saying he will not refund us the……

“The beach queen unit is both immaculate & beautifully appointed. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a cozy, decorator inspired unit with charm. ”

“Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. ”

“Nice and clean rental. A little disappointed that we did not get the room that is shown on the website but it worked for what we needed.”

“Unfortunately, this property was totally unacceptable and we had to move out after one day. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. There were several things broken (like a door). Prior ratings were "5" and we……

“Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better. This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. The neighborhood is great, walked to the park several times while in town. I did not use any of the kitchen amenities, so I can't speak to that. There was a……

“The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things……

“Greg and Sierra's apartment is perfect. The room is beautifully decorated and clevery designed on a mezzanine level. The bed is super comfy and the extra room was helpful when our daughter came to stay. There was plenty of space for all three of us. The proximity to the beach is as described as is the nearest Publix. At first I thought parking might be an issue, but Greg reassued us and he was right. There were places we could park and there were no problems. The concierge were absolutely lovely……

“Great unit. Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Worked perfectly for my needs. Would stay there again the next time I am in WPB.”

“Easy access to beach, nice quiet pool.”
