“I would give this property a negative star if I could. Our family of 14 booked this house for a family wedding in Roseville, and upon arrival, we were shocked to find the place completely unsanitary. There were piles of dog poop on the dining room rug, no toilet paper, and the linoleum in the bathroom had missing parts. The kitchen was inadequate, with the countertop wrapped in peeling contact paper at all corners. The photos and description online are completely misleading. Furthermore, the……

“First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if……

“The property was great, exactly as pictured and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was very enjoyable! We would love to return. ”

“We didn’t get to stay in the house our first night we rented it because the person who rented it before us refused to leave. The owner of the property told us this at the last minute as we were on the way to the property. When we got into the property the next day it was very nice however the beds were small and very uncomfortable. Everything after that was good. Communication with the owners was also very slow.”

“Our stay was wonderful. The place was exactly as described, easy to find and access. The home itself has very nice details with newly updated finishes. Host was accommodating and responsive to all communication. Place was clean and had just what we needed for our family. We didn't realize we were not as close to downtown as we thought (not really walkable) but nothing a quick Lyft ride couldn't help with! Very short and inexpensive ride to everything we wanted to do.”
