“Leider konnten wir unsere gemietete Wohnung gar nicht betreten wegen eines Wasserschadens, der noch nicht behoben war. Wie lange die Reparatur gedauert hätte, konnten wir nicht abschätzen. Vom Wasserschaden haben wir erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft erfahren - das war sehr doof!Da uns der Reisepreis inzwischen zurück erstattet wurde, ist es für uns nun akzeptiert, wenn auch enttäuschend.”
