The air conditioning was not working at all. It was 75° in my room. I contacted the front desk and they said the entire facility did not have air-conditioning. We stayed here for two nights the staff were great they helped with the check in and when we checked out my wife asked for two extra pillows and they bought them in straight away great location clos to everything thank you for a lovely stay

Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep.
