Oda çok geniş ve ferahtı. Banyo temizdi. Yastıklar iyileştirilebilir, yatak fazla yumuşak o sebeple biraz ağrı ile uyandım. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve çok yeterliydi. Tek rahatsız olduğum şey bazı milletten gelen insanların davranışlarıydı. Açıkcası sadece o milletin insanlarının otelde bulunması beni rahatsız etti. Rahat bir giysi ile kahvaltıya inemedim çünkü yuhaf bakışlara maruz kaldım.

Great personal, let us order food from outdoor

The staff were kind, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. The buffet-style breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from Bakırköy Sahil Metro Station, and there are several restaurants within walking distance, including near the marina. We especially enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools with our son. The bellboys were wonderful, always greeting him by name and chatting with him whenever we came and went. Housekeeping also did an excellent job, and it was always nice returning to a clean, well-made room. Our biggest disappointment was the sea-view room. Upon entering, the view was mostly trees and another building. There was only a partial sea view if you stood at the window and looked to the right. In our opinion, a sea-view room shouldn't require you to search for the sea. There were also a couple of maintenance issues. Our refrigerator wasn't working at check-in and, although it was replaced immediately, the replacement leaked water throughout our stay. Water was also dripping from the shower ceiling, but that was fixed promptly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning. The friendly staff, location, and service were excellent, but better room maintenance and a more accurate sea-view designation would make the experience even better.

Loved the rooftop. It was open 24hrs to enjoy the beautiful view. Breakfast up there was great as well.
