“The room was very nasry and dirty upon arrival. And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator. “It’s a convenient place to stay if you want to go shopping and go to restaurants. But make sure you bring extra money if you want to use plates and silverware. ”

“Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. ”

“room was absolutely disgusting. you get what you pay for. the floor was nasty and greasy. stains on the bed sheets and towels. the bed had a couple short hairs that was NOT mine. the bed frame was broken and the nightstands connected to the bed frame broke off when i sat at the end of the bed. the phone wasn’t even connected to anything. just for decoration. never again. very important you check the reviews before booking!!! ”

“Very clean! From the moment we walked in to getting settled in the room. We checked it all out to make sure it was clean and it was. It is a newer hotel and we felt comfortable staying there for two nights. We will say again when we visit next time”

“We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. ”
