“Fresh breakfast and clear room ”

“I didn’t read the reviews about the hot tub. There isn’t one. I booked the hotel because it was the only one in the area that showed in the photos it had one. The cement in the pool was brown but the water seemed clean. The elevators sounded like they need repaired. The hallways were misty. The room was nice but there were hairs in the toilet. I left early and don’t try the breakfast. I would suggest a different hotel based on how much it was per night. ”

“The hotel is clean. The rooms are super well kept. It is one of the nicest sleep inn I had. Our receptionist when we checked in was super nice and helpful. Our bad experience was the day of checkout. They had no breakfast at all. The had expired milk. I asked the only person in staff about it and he didn’t care. He said he wasn’t going to refill the breakfast and that the milk he couldn’t do anything about it. Really? Anything? How about throwing it away and not giving it to your customers. If……

“The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area……
