“It is in a great location, near everything. It is a bit dark, rundown, and damp, and the wifi was not good enough to stream or upload photos. The room was large and had a good fridge. I didn't use either of the shared kitchens. Stay here for the location at a good price.”

“We stayed at Qstay Gratus and the experience was simply perfect! The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed – a full kitchen, washing machine, kitchen utensils and even little treats waiting for us upon arrival.
The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient.

“Excellent place if you like to be home away from home :)
Nice area, close to city center, helpful staff. Everything went smoothly. Hotel employees made sure we had good transfer from and to airport.
Apartment was clean, with comfortable beds, and amazing view to the city & mountains.
If we visit Tbilisi again, definately coming back to this place. ”

“ 外観および階段ホールは相当くたびれているるものの室内はよく整えられている。場所が特殊で、大統領官邸から川沿いの幹線道路に降る急勾配のカーブでい石畳の道の途中にある。
川向こうから戻ると、階段か坂道の坂を登ることとなる。し かし、このような道路環境のため、朝夕の車通行は多いものの、最徐行運転のため騒音はない。
室内は、特に大きな問題はないけれど、ガレージの上にある部屋で、構造の制約からか床からI mくらいの扇型の窓があり、この上に管理用収納とテレビ枠がある。
客用の収納スペースがほぼないため、物の置き場所に工夫が必要だった。
また、テレビの位置が高くやや見ずらいことと、背面パネルが隠れいていてポートに接続ができないものの、衛星受信機用のＨＤＭＩケーブルがあるのでメスポートの機器（ＡｐｐｌｅＴＶ等）は利用できる。
天井照明のほか、ＬＥＤ電球がよかしあるけどそれぞれ別スイッチで操作が煩雑になっている。
便利な設備として、洗濯機があり、乾燥は室内干しになるけれど、ヒーターやエアコンで夏冬とも一晩で乾く。

“Accommodation was excellent, beautiful view from the room, lovely and clean. host was excellent, can’t say about breakfast as we didn’t have any but it looked good!
Hotel is quite a way up a hill so be prepared to get the legs working, we’ve been back 3 days and mine are still aching!!”

“They did not send check-in instructions one day before as they promised. So I contacted them in the chat one day before, they replied that they would send all information.
But when they still didn’t do it the night of arrival, I contacted them again but didn’t receive answer on chat or phone.
We went in to the neighboring hotel, and they said this was the fifth time this week this had happened with HB Elementa; poor guests arriving without being able to contact them, and not being able to……

“Riverside Central Apartments was terrible. Do not book this apartment if you (1) want an engaged owner or (2) habitable accommodation that you can actually sleep in.
Communication: host did not respond to any messages on Expedia chat, but luckily I was able to get contact details for the owner via Expedia customer services. However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased.
