“Pros…location right off the Mass Pike and 10 minutes from downtown Springfield. Looked modern, and was very clean. Staff was nice.
Cons…paper thin walls. The guests around us were loud but it was a Saturday night and probably enjoyed some beverages but they weren’t obnoxiously loud, we just heard everything through the walls. Every laugh, every word, and worse every hacking cough.
I wish I spent a little more and stayed at the casino. The breakfast was an average chain hotel buffet. Not bad,……

“If you are a parent of autistic children this is not the hotel for you. You can hear everything from the room upstairs which I had no issue with because I don’t complain since I know what it’s like but the manager came to my room and instead of politely asking me what was going on or if she can help me in any way or relocate me if it was needed but she did not do that instead her tone was cold and very dismissive.
