We loved this property. The view from the balcony off of our room was so beautiful with the lake and mountains both as the backdrop. The staff was warm and fun to talk to. The fireplace was so cozy and warm.

We loved the location of the property, being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent! The room was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable!

The facility is very pretty with a mountain motif. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable of the town. We would stay there again. The balcony faced the town and lake. Breakfast was only served Thirt-Sunday.

I was very happy with my stay the helper very very friendly. My room was clean. It was quiet the right temperature. The food in the restaurant was very good. I had a very pleasant day. I love the architecture of the building.

An hotel with character. All furniture are made of rustic wood. It seems to be back in time . Unfortunately we could not have breakfast because it was the end of the season ( beginning if October) and not enough staff was available.
