“The hotel is within a newly redeveloped area. It is new, but some nearby buildings are in disrepair. The location of the hotel is good. Many restaurants and shops are within 5-10 mins walk. The staff are chill and helpful. The room is also comfy.”

“The best of Islay”

“room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.”

“The room is clean. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. ”

“We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.”

“Very convenient, staff are nice and helpful, the room is clean with enough space.”

“Is a business short trip. Hotel is as gd as usual”

“The location is very ideal for a short stay near main train stations in the city centre. Nice and helpful staffs too!”

“We enjoyed this beautifully decorated & centrally located hotel. It has a stylish, contemporary vibe with very large rooms and luxury finishes. We had an Explorer room & it was facing the main street. It was very noisy at night, so keep that in mind. The hotel staff was charming! We highly recommend this hotel including the morning breakfast in the rooftop dining room!”

“OK...

“I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.”
