“Staff was amazing ”

“Nice and clean, but the wifi can't be accessed in 2nd floor”

“I arrived at almost 4 am after a long day at the hospital—my mom had surgery, & I just needed a few hours of real rest before heading back. Hotels.com and the front desk staff made it super easy to check in way before the normal 3 p.m. time, no hassle at all. The room was spotless, bed was so comfortable, and it honestly felt like heaven after trying to sleep upright in those awful hospital chairs. Exactly what I needed when I needed it.”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“Such a cute little hotel with great decorative details. The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean. Check in only took a minute or two and they were very accommodating for early check in/late check out. It shares the parking lot with The Abbey where a friend’s wedding took place, so it was so convenient. If I ever find myself in Columbia, IL again, I will have to stay again. ”
