"Signs saying reduced staff due to Covid didn’t make sense - especially fully booked. Need addtl staff for cleaning. Front desk initially not helpful with a room / floor request but then very accommodating. The staff serving breakfast was awesome. "Overall it was a good experience. The beds were comfortable and overall clean though there was a stale smoke smell on our floor despite it being a non smoking facility. I didn't appreciate when I checked in and my rooms were not adjoining as had been requested. My husband asked for them to be switched ..."…""Overall it was a good experience.
