Front desk staff were excellent. Cleanliness of the room was just ok - lots of clearly visible dirt and large dried up food particles behind and around the furniture. Bar/restaurant was closed Thursday night when we arrived which was a disappointment. Not much to do within walking distance of the property. Definitely need to rent a car. We would stay there again. Excellent location if visiting High Point University.

Do yourself a favor and upgrade to anothrr hotel.

Dump. Total dump. Restaurant and bar are closed. Rooms old and unclean.

Amazing staff at the front desk. Due to a slow period of year, the restaurant was closed.

Because we have a slow time right now we do have limited hours on the restaurant and bar. However, we are still open for business. Coffee is also always available in the lobby 6:30 to 10:30am daily. Nice hotel, close to High Point University

We were not at this hotel very long. Basically we were there long enough to sleep and leave early the next morning. From what I could see the hotel was very nice and clean. Front desk personnel were nice & friendly. My only complaint is that the room was extremely hot & stuffy. We turned the heat off but we could not get any air conditioning to turn on. We had to open the window to get the room to cool off. The shower had great water pressure & lots of hot water.
