One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary airport shuttle to and from LAX. However, when we got on the shuttle at the airport, we were told it would actually cost $10 USD per person for what was literally a 3-minute drive. When we questioned this, the shuttle driver, front desk staff, and even the manager were extremely rude and dismissive, despite us showing proof that the shuttle was supposed to be complimentary. The issues didn’t stop there. The rooms were very dirty, and the building itself is extremely old and clearly not well maintained. There were multiple issues throughout the property that made the stay feel very run down. To make things worse, the only toiletry provided was a small bar of soap. There was no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner, which is pretty surprising even for a budget hotel. Overall, the customer service was poor, the room conditions were unacceptable, and the shuttle situation felt misleading. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else near the airport." The front desk made me book and extra night via website then come tell them I did and re-check back in at thendront desk with my DL, CC, and room keys then did an additional hold on my card for incidentals- after already spe ding a week at the hotel. The hotel itself (common areas) are amazing. But the rooms are old and not updated. The shower curtains blow with the pressure of the shower. Sp nd most of your shower time keep the shower curtainnout of your face. The water pressure was so hard our daughter didn't want to shower. In my opinion this hotel was not worth the cost when There are many many more options in the surrounding area.
