“Sarah is accommodating and very prompt in communication. No notebook of demands, no intrusion, no hassle - arrival and entry was flawless and the space is cute, clean and comfy with a homey vibe. Even though it's quite small, the cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable for the week. “We really enjoyed our stay here. Melinda was amazing. Quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was perfect as we were attending a graduation in Wise. Home was clean and large enough for my family. Fully stocked with linens, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. A bonus was the coffee shop right next store. If we ever pass through this area again we would definitely stay here. ”

“The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently. “I would highly recommend staying here, it's perfect for what we were looking for. It was very clean, had plenty of space for our group. There are trail heads within minutes of the house which was perfect. The host was easy to get ahold of and very nice to talk to, helped us with anything we needed.”
