The hotel facilities are great. Very cutting edge with tablets to control everything in the rooms including lights, but I had a huge problem with wifi in my room. Maybe I was just too far from the router, but it was borderline unusable in my room. I could get it to work from my bed, but not the desk.
Staff was kind of indifferent. I expected something more from them, but they only ever acknowledged my stay when I checked in.
All in all, it was close to my office, but just didn't live up to the recommendations I had received from others.
I also didn't get a VIP benefit, which isn't much, but it is something I've come to expect with status.

On arrival at house/apartment the outside courtyard was full of rubbish and very messy/smelly but it was a bank holiday. Opening main door communal hallway was again untidy and had rubbish. When we went into the apartment it was lovely, Clean spacious and new. Cannot fault the apartment but outside not good. Some Rubbish was taken the next day by bin men but some left and just very untidy and not appealing, bottles etc everywhere, not good with kids really. Recommend tidy up outside front to make more appealing to guests.

This place is so much fun! The staff are so friendly and there is so much to do in the local area. I tried out a fair few of the local bars (including the hostel bar next door (Translate) with my cheeky guest's discount - nice!) and then the next day went to Spitalfields market. If you're looking for a real London experience this is it. The rooms were clean and there was a cage you could lock for your luggage. Bathrooms were clean and what you would expect for a hostel. The communal areas are really cool and I love the alternative design. Breakfast is free - it's just your basics but everything I needed. I downloaded the hostel app and went for a walk around the local area - really cool vibe and great if you're into hipster culture or street art etc. Made friends with lots of the staff and will definitely be coming back next time I'm in London

"Good location, helpful staff but tired apartments "
Good location but noisy at night as near clubs and bars. The family apartment was as described but a little tired, kitchen was light on cooking utensils. Stove did not work and had to be fixed, safe in room could could not be used so we had to leave stuff at reception each day.
Staff were lovely, very friendly and exceptionally helpful.
