My wife and I went to the Tug Boat Rally in Waterford. We took a chance at a bed and breakfast and pick Oakcliff. Great experience! House is a restored from the 1800's. Lots of history. John and Pam are great hosts, will give you a tour of their home and cook you a made to order breakfast. I will stay here again when I come up next year for the Rally.

Excellent! Went to the Travers Stakes and enjoyed the day . HIE provided a shuttle service that worked out very well, saved a lot of parking hassles and was very reasonably priced. The breakfast provided was above standard for most places I have been. Fresh fruit salad, pancakes, sausage and eggs and much more, very well presented. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Peddlers Resturant , on the property, was a fine place to eat and relax. This HIE is close to Saratoga raceway.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Hampton Inn. The staff was welcoming, informative, and kind. The lobby was warm with complementary coffee and tea, and the staff was happy to answer any questions. The room was impecably clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check out was at 11am, but we overslept... we received a courtesy call at 11:17 asking if we planned on staying another night or if we wanted extended check out. They were very understanding and accommodating....

I like The pool, gym and meeting room. The restaurant has great food as well.

Second year in a row excellent service, nice staff!!

My family snd I loved this Hotel! Excellent service, extremely friendly and helpful. One downside was they didn't have a place where you could use a computer if you didn't have your own and print documents. The staff was very helpful and printed some things out but I'd prefer to do my own as then I know no one else is looking at my information is all. No offense inteto the staff who helped, again thank you fir accommodating my peinting needs just wish I could have had the privacy to do it...

Let me tell you how amazing this hotel is, they are very special needs friendly. We arrived after closing of the pool, upon hear my secretly Autistic son, wanted to swim the front desk gentleman open the pool just for him. All the front desk people were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to capital district.

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of excellent dietary and healthy options. The rooms were spotless with a very comfortable bed, which is most important. Very clean rooms and atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Conveniently located.We will visit this hotel again

Wonderful staff , beautiful rooms for excellent price

The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle throughout the night was a valuable service, and the driver was particularly considerate and pleasant. The desk staff were also helpful. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The only negative was I needed a wakeup call at 3:00 am on the night the time changed. Because the clock was not reset, I was awakened at 2:00 am and couldn't fall back to sleep so I lost an hour of sleep on what was a very short night.

The hotel is very close to RPI and staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying at Hilton Garden Inn Troy.

We loved our room. We loved that everything was new and gorgeous. We loved that we could buy a midnight snack. We loved the reasonable pricing. We loved that the location was so convenient for us. I traveled with my boyfriend and our 4 year old. The property was very clean. Breakfast staff were the only ones I came in direct contact with since I did online check-in. The woman in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. The room was perfect. I only wish the bottle water for members was left in the room prior to check-in. I never received mine.

We stayed there one night to visit RPI. Very nice hotel. Clean and new. Free Wifi and television has many more channels than other sites with access to Netflix, etc. We had a suite which had a king bed, a full kitchen with dishes/utensils. It is right next to a larger shopping plaza that has a cabarras, sonic, dennys, Japanese hibachi, etc and other chain restaurants. Near the intersection of route 7 and route 87 north. Real easy to get to Troy or go north to Saratoga. Similar to level...
