"Great stay overall. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Albany and is clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with the chef preparing a perfect omelette. The host was also very pleasant to speak with. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Loved the hot tub and fireplace in the room, 2 tvs as well. We enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. We have stayed there twice for long weekends and will definitely be going back for a nice getaway. HIGHLY recommend getting the hot tub and fireplace room and HIGHLY recommend going to Howe's Caverns and the Secret Caverns!!!"

"The clerk on Friday was very rude and disrespectful. Was speaking with friends in the breakfast area declined to come help customer check in. The hotel room door did not close properly, asked to switch room told no room available. There was screaming fight as well as people gathering and drinking in the hallways at all hours of the night starting from 11-3 am. This place is disquisting and should not be allowed to be in service "
