“Staff went out their way to accommodate family members visiting me. I had a great room, just as I asked for (OCEAN VIEW). Housekeeping was exceptional. Everything was great. The only thing is that the room did not have a microwave. Had to pay $20 ”

“The front desk staff were really helpful. We had a problem with one of our rooms and they went above and beyond to resolve it. Even though the hotel is under renovation due to a flood, the rooms were clean and comfortable. ”

“I love having enough room in a refrigerator and having something to warm up food. What was unusual was not having anyone come to take the garbage out or bring clean towels. We had to go down to ask at the front desk. They told us they go to the rooms every 3 days. I don’t mind using the same towers three days, it’s just that we were not used to that. Also the day we arrived, they gave us a room which was not clean yet. Actually someone was still painting something in the kitchen area. So, we……

“Nice property, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and exceptionally quiet room. My ONLY complaint is that I had to check out before the night clerk had access to the room scheduling software. Huh? He told me that he couldn't check anyone out before 0400. I had to leave at about 0310. Still waiting for my receipt....and I've already had 2 flights and am now home. 0400 'til the software works? Really??”

“Clean rooms. Check in staff informed us that they will be transitioning to a Super 8 and renovating in the nearish future. Regardless, good room, reasonable rate and clean. We checked out priror to breakfast so can’t comment on that.”
