“Granted, at a Motel 6, I don’t expect luxury…however, I do expect a clean, safe room, and this establishment was not that. I personally feel like this Motel 6 needs to be condemned, because as soon as the sun starts to go down, you have all these roaches on everything, the walls, in the showers, etc. it’s disgusting and gross. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the window was missing a piece of glass (as if it had been punched out or hit with a ball), they also didn’t try to clean up that glass. I……

“This is my second year in a row staying at this beautiful, historic hotel. I love the area and easy walk to many local restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant, Elsie's Daughter is so original. Like no hotel restaurant I've ever experienced. Look forward to seeing the Choo Choo again in 2027!!!”

“We had a great stay at the Moxy in Chattanooga! Staff was extremely friendly, the bar had great (well made) drinks, and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. Clean, no overpowering hotel smells, and easy access to everything I needed during my stay. Convenient and within walking distance of a lot of attractions, food, activities and more. Will definitely stay again! ”

“The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and……

“The room and staff were amazing. Only complaints are lack of storage, no pan for cooking in the kitchen, and the water ran cold rather quickly. Other than those few minor inconveniences, our stay was perfect!”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……
