"AJ at the front desk was welcoming professional friendly, this goes along way to enjoying the beginning of your stay.The room was comfortable, quiet, safe. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. Breakfast was absolutely satisfying with everything from cereals, omelets, sausages, toasts, bagels, pastries, waffles fruits, juices and great coffee. This is our third stay, we look forward to returning and wouldn't choose any other hotel.Highly recommend."

"Good brand - family-friendly, utilitarian, modern. The lobby is a bit loud in every way, but fun, interesting…and at this property, well-maintained and very clean. Everything seemed new - the foosball tables were a really nice touch, as were the magazines/papers, ice, chargers, etc. The front desk was unable to accommodate a request for top floor rooms upon check-in (once you realize there’s engineered wood flooring everywhere, you know you might be in for a noisy night), but the staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The property was well-staffed and they seemed to like their jobs - nice to see and it added to the positive vibe. The rooms were large and thoughtfully laid-out - no scratchy furniture to move around, yet plenty of built-ins to put your things on. Lighting was plentiful and varied. Bathrooms were terrific - lots of towels, bright white subway tile in a glass shower within a big space. Huge new tv and fantastic window-treatments that I’d never seen before. Could’ve been darker, but worked well. HVAC was a little weird - once it got to 71 degrees, the room felt humid with almost a film/stickiness on the floor, etc. Sheets were pilled, but clean and smelled fresh. Our door also didn’t close unless you pulled it shut - but just small quibbles, especially for the price. Breakfast staff was attentive and friendly - the food was ok. Pancakes, breads, drinks, cereals were the highlights. Overall, a great spot - would definitely stay again!"

"I really loved the Old Mill Inn. Great location for sightseeing in the Deerfield area. Our room was spotless, and I love the decor. So different from 'chain' hotels. The view of the waterfall was stunning, and we even saw a family of otters swimming in the water! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, with homemade pastries and local yogurt. Easy parking, and I love the outdoor spaces for eating outside or just enjoying the view."
