“We had a great stay for 11 days here. House was clean; had everything we needed and we loved the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the kayaks, sounds of the Coqui frogs, and iguanas in the backyard. We enjoyed going to Rincon and its beaches (about 15min.), Cabo Rojo and the bioluminescent bay (about one hour each) and Finca La Providencia for a tour of their cocoa farm (about 20 min.). The one downside during our stay was that it had rained quite a bit in the mountains and the sediment, along with some drift……

“So the room is nice has a big TV and a big bed but everything was so dirty, the owner didn't even know about our stay because I had to call him when we arrived and tell him that I booked on Expedia after that he let us know how to get in. I immediately noticed the floor was so dirty that our feet got black and I had to swipe the floor I asked the owner if he knew about our arrival because everything was so dirty he texted me that everything was clean and disinfected which I replied no sir and……

“The place is beautiful, very central location. The outside sitting area was quaint. Most beaches are within a 15 min drive. There is a bakery that is within walking distance. Restaurants close by. The only issue I had was checking in. I couldn’t receive messages from the host so I had to call Vrbo to get both check in and check out instructions…but I think it may have been a Vrbo issue. Anyhow it was resolved fairly quickly”

“Great place, close to downtown Rincon, grocery, restaurants and beaches. Walking distance to beach access. Super clean. Love the private pool and the quietness of the location. Will definitely return.”
