“FIVE STARS! This was by far the best hotel in all of our Japan trip. The staff was excellent and super nice! The room was super spacious and the bathroom was huge - we loved the shower. They also had some snacks and water available all the time as compliments and were refilled daily. “The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Overall it was very comfortable to stay. The amenities were limited, for instance, the website mentioned free water bottles, Yukata, cotton/cotton swab, razor, coffee, tea, and green tea, these were not provided when we got there, maybe things we could live without, but they shouldn’t have mentioned if they don’t provide them. There are no staffs present so it was a bit inconvenient when we needed something or……

"It's a pity that a good location and good facilities were ruined by poor management, bad staff attitude and poor service, which made the whole hotel lose the quality that a five-star hotel should have. I stayed for several days and then changed hotels mainly because it was noisy and the staff were not professional!
