The area outside the front door is a mess, with all sorts of junk to one side and the other. A few other things that would cost a little bit but would make for a much more comfortable and enjoyable place are a keurig coffee maker and a few coffee mugs; a coffee table and a lamp (the place is just dimly lit) would be useful; and replacing that old, worn out,……
