“We were late getting in but the driver remained until we made it. The hotel was a short drive from the airport. We received a nice greeting from the staff. Check in was personalized and speedy. They presented some snacks and beverages were available. We were escorted to our room, which overlooked an Infinity water feature, a beautiful view of the sea and it was CLEAN. “It was ok, we have stayed at the other two hotels, Stella Island and Stella Palace, and to be honest this is not on par with them. The food was very limited, not much choice and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. All the flowerbeds were overgrown and if you had a sunbed next to one there was a strong smell of cat urine. The drinks weren’t great, the soda had that off taste or dirty pipes and isnt branded. There were also cockroaches in our room that came from the toilet floor drain.……

“Very confusing as to what is all inclusive. Some drinks are & some are not, same with the pools. The bars & restaurants are not open many hours. No activities offered. “Het resort en personeel zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een privatepool villa wat best prijzig was en wilde ook wat privacy. "We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent service, amazing sea view, food slightly salty, but the crème brûlée was a highlight. Desserts overall are large and satisfying. Pool bar snacks weren’t great, but drinks and cocktails were excellent – perfect for sunny poolside moments. Our room had a partial sea view and the resort is beautiful, with lots of photo spots. There’s a private beach, plenty of pools, and activities you can book easily through their app. I suggest staying at least 3 days. With 4 or 5 nights, you can also explore the town. Overall, it’s not super luxury, but it’s a great fit for families and covers a wide range of needs. Recommended."
