“I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor.
Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.”

“Loud noise from the structure of the building at random times during day and night time (till 2am). Noise definitely not from the street and our room was not facing busy street, and the banging noise (almost like throwing a dumbbell to the ground) came from the bathroom. Hotel claimed they did not know where the noise came from and refused to change room.”
