“The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The fenced in yard was really helpful for the dogs. The treats (human and canine) were an added bonus. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We rented the house for our family to stay in for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect size for what we needed and close proximity to our own home. If you need a home for family to stay in for a wedding or other family event it is perfect!!”

“We stayed to be close to an event we were working. The house is listed correctly. Cold AC and excellent communication with the very nice owner. It was clean and had everything you needed. It is actually a bigger space than the pictures portray. It is a bit dated but has very interesting decor, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.”

“House was very clean and pictures were accurate. Host was friendly and very responsive when we had questions during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall the property was ok. Area was safe and plenty of parking. Property had two televisions but only one is a smart tv. The other one in the bedroom would require you to bring a Roku or fire stick to plug in so we were unable to use the tv in the bedroom.”

“Unit was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space inside and outside for yard and parking. Host was responsive to our questions. Local restaurants with good food and service were nearby.”

The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offered the perfect amount of privacy. We truly can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way. “This is a very lovely home that shines with owner pride! Every room is immaculate and well appointed with creature comforts! Coffee pods, snacks and chocolates are all provided. I highly recommend this two bedroom cottage to anyone wishing to stayin Augusta!”

“Located in The Hill neighborhood, three minutes by car to great restaurants, cafes, stores AND within a 15 minute or less drive to Forest, Park (Zoo), Botanical Gardens, and the Arch. We were just two, so the master bedroom worked perfect for us. There are bunk beds in the dining room. Shower worked great, kitchen functional and living room cozy. Off street parking in the back with (while we were there) available parking in the street in front of the house.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
