“There was nasty looking carpet on the floor, which we were told had been cleaned that day and would be damp. On one side of the bed, the carpet was soaked wet as if water was leaking from somewhere. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. At the entrance there was very old carpet that was coming up off the floor. We did have a microwave and fridge in the room which was convenient. We went out to eat and when we came back, there were police at the entrance and the lady who had……
