This Hampton was good in that it is well situated to the airport and other amenities and offers a shuttle to the airport. I was disappointed by the service, I seemed to get the run around by front desk staff because I’d booked through Expedia. Claiming they couldn’t give me the room I’d booked (2queens) because they were full. I was “upgraded” to a king with a pull out couch at “no extra cost” after I said I wouldn’t pay more. Upon arriving in the room and pulling out the couch we saw the bed was disgusting with blood and food stains all over the sheets. I called down to the front desk, she asked me what I wanted to do- I said the room was not good and I’d like to move if they had a room available. I thought they were full because of our previous conversation. The front desk employee had us come back down and move us to a new room with 2 queen beds which was what I’d originally booked, paid for and been told was unavailable. Needless to say after 30 minutes of hassle just to get in our booked clean room, and a sour experience with dishonesty I can’t recommend this hotel. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the shuttle driver was nice.
