Our condo has quick and easy access to the beach and pool.

We will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. Extra disinfection will be used on items such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, remote control, etc... Towels and bedding are washed in HOT water between stays.

Our condo is ocean front across the front of the "A" building. It is very close to the pool and beach! Go to the photos to see the awesome ocean view!

This is our second year staying here and once again tge stay was fabulous. The condo is always clean and well furnished. The hosts always respond to any messages very quickly. The grounds are quiet and clean with security. Parking is adequate with the beach just a short walk away. We are already planning next years stay.

Relaxing weekend away

The condo was very clean and just as shown in photos. Absolutely loved the balcony with the view; we spent hours enjoying the sound of the ocean, the breeze and the peace. Would definitely stay again or recommend to family/friends.

Great Trip

We had a fantastic time on HHI! Property was in a great location. Close to the beach and we enjoyed being able to rent bikes right on site and explore everything the island has to offer. Will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Great Beach Location

The direct access to the beach was excellent. The condo was clean and great location. Enjoyed the balcony and beach view every morning. Bedding was very comfortable. We planning to come back.

Birthday trip

Traveled with my husband and kids, got in really late due to the flight but had no difficulties find the place or settling in. The sunrise out the balcony was the reason we booked this place and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed pickle ball 2 of the days but unfortunately there was a tournament on Saturday and Sunday and we were able to play. The place was very clean/updated. Easy communication. Easy walk to the pristine beach. Close to restaurants and mini golf, great trails to walk and bike on. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants relaxation with a view.

Perfect for our fall getaway!

Our condo was perfect for my husband and I to do a fall getaway! Loved having breakfast on the balcony each morning with a peaceful view of ocean. The beach area for the condo was so nice and relaxing as it wasn’t very busy in the off season. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. The workers at the resort were very friendly. Lori was kind and very helpful communicating with us for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

A Serene Ocean Retreat

If you've read any reviews about this vacation rental, you should know they're all incredibly informative and honest. The property truly lived up to its reputation, with cleanliness and a nice location. It provided a relaxing and secure environment for my family. I highly recommend this rental if you're looking for a great ocean view and quiet neighbors during your vacation. As this is Hilton Head, being right on the beach is a rarity, but this rental is as close as you can get.

Great condo on the beach!

Perfect getaway on the 2nd floor, just steps from the parking lot and beach access. Layout of the condo is wonderful. Bunk area has a door that can be closed when kids are sleeping allowing adults to continue to have a good time. Kitchen is well stocked including both Kerug and Mr Coffee coffee makers. Bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable as is the sofa bed. The owners are very responsive to questions and are very willing to assist to make the stay perfect.

Perfect unit, perfect location!

The condo was perfect for our family needs and in a great location! Though the island isn’t terribly big and most things are within a 15-20 mins drive, we found the location on the north side to be perfect and a little less busy. We will definitely be back again! Loved the pool with bar and restaurants on-site and the oceanfront unit! Kids had a blast and loved the bunk bed setup as well! Thanks so much!

Amazing!

The hosts thought of everything to make our vacation stay easier. Beach chairs, dishes, towels for bathroom and beach. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The boardwalk to the beach is steps from the room with less then 1 minute walk. The location is no more then 10 to 15 minutes from everywhere on the island. We will definitely be back!!!

Clean, quiet oceanfront unit. Highly recommended.

Everything was cleaned to the highest standards. In fact, it was the cleanest short term rental we have ever been in. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners. The view from the balcony is unobstructed to the beach and the ocean beyond. We fell asleep every night listening to the waves lapping away at the shore. Everything was just right for the two of us. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Great location

Excellent location in HH. Condo was clean and ample room for a family of four. It’s tight but space but doable. Sitting outside with the sunrise and the view of the ocean was key! Laundry you will need to buy a card and then load it at the main office. Pool was cold and unheated but we knew that going there and kids could stick their feet in. Pool bar had ice cream and mixed drinks! Access to the beach is very simple from the condo location that is right next to the board walk. Great place!

Best of HHIBTR

This condo is the best I’ve ever seen at HHI Beach and Tennis Resort! When it was remodeled, the owners maximized the space with the design and furnishings. The additional touches of enough basic supplies for short-term renters like us (paper products, dish soap…) plus beach chairs and extra pillows/bedding made our stay very comfortable. The most ingenuous aspect is the use of mirrors in the bedroom and foyer to provide privacy, sleeping-in opportunities and the ability to see your entire outfit before walking out! The direct ocean view is the final touch that made me love this condo. We’ll be back.

Long Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Lorri’s condo. The view was great. The proximity to the boardwalk was terrific. We loved that there were two beach chairs and towels provided. The A/C worked great and kept the condo cool on days where we had a heat index of 115. I liked that the bunk “room” could be closed so the children wouldn’t be disturbed while we stayed up watching TV. The master bed was comfortable. The pillows could be switched out. One was very soft while the other was rock hard. I understand pillow preference changes from one person to the next. I also believe there were extra pillows in the closet for the pull out bed in the living room, but we chose to use what was provided and were fine. Lorri was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. All in all it was a wonderful stay and would recommend to others.
