This luxurious Singleton Beach home will fit all your desires for luxury at the beach and not break your wallet. The perfect vacation rental for large groups visiting Hilton Head! Plenty of space in this 3,500 sq. ft., 6 bedroom, 6 and a half bath beautiful home, set in a lovely neighborhood setting. Professionally decorated and plenty of room for everyone, this stunning home has 3 king beds, 3 queens beds 5 twins and a queen sleeper sofa, sleeping 16 people. Less than a half-mile to beautiful Singleton Beach on Hilton Head Island, this home is centrally located and has easy access to shopping, close to the Northridge Cinema, grocery stores, a lovely park and a recreation area. An oversized garage allows for additional parking, and the driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Up the steps to the front door will take you to the main level of this home with an open galley-style chef’s kitchen featuring a European design, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The chef of the house will be absolutely delighted. The dining area with seating for eight at the table and six more at the kitchen bar will be the center of attention when gathering for meals. The living room is very comfortable and finished in soothing Earth tones, has a huge flat-screen TV mounted above the fireplace, which is decorative only. \*\*Fireplace is not for guest use.\*\* The primary bedroom on this level has a king bed and is done in French Provincial décor. The primary bath has a wonderful shower and granite countertops here as well. The second floor of this lovely Hilton Head Island vacation home has another primary suite with a king bed and private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. Beautifully decorated bedroom with a mounted flat-screen TV. There is another bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and full bath with a tub/shower combination which offers another flat-screen TV. The third floor is where you will find another king bedroom, private bath and the twin bedroom that has 3 separate twin beds, 2 of them having trundles. It's a good House with horrible property managers. I am not sure where to start and I wish I could load the pictures we took to the website. Do not be confused with the amount of beds that are advertised. Tumblers are not beds. They are Tumblers. The day of check in, I received an email stating 4:00pm check in is not guaranteed. We arrived and the pool area was trashed. A couple of beer cans , to many cigarette butts to even count. The grosses part big fake eye lashes in the pool and around the pool. 2 pairs of black dirty socks on the steps inside the house. A member of our group gets in bed the first night and found 2 black socks under the covers. Another member gets in bed and the bed frame fell apart. Another one of the rooms the bed was held up by 2x4's. The pump on the pool didn't work. Although sunset rentals did send someone over the next day to fix the pump , they still didn't clean it. We had 2 people jump in the pool and cigarette butts and fake eyelashes came out of the filters . This grossed out everyone and one person Skimmed the pool and even grossed us out more. Parking is horrible if you rent this house better bring 4 compact cars.. Saturday we come back to the house and the code didn't work to get into the house. 2 hours worth of calling and sending emails until we finally had some one call us back and give us a new code. We go to Hilton Head twice a year and this was the worst experience in renting a house. My advice if you see Sunset Rentals as the property managers of a house you are thinking about renting , I would seriously reconsider.
