“House was very cozy and nicely appointed/equipped. Nice location, even though there are multiple houses in close proximity, it was very quiet and peaceful. Tonya was good to deal with. We had one small issue with a leak in the roof during a torrential downpour that stopped as soon as the extreme rain did. All in all, nice and peaceful weekend.”

“My husband and I along with our newborn recently stayed at chads place. We stayed for two nights and had an amaziing time spending a few days away from home. The cottage had everything you would need and more. Perfect location to downtown Bedford and Shawnee state park.
