I had an excellent stay at the Sedona Suites hotel. The staffs were extremely thoughtful and helpful, often booking our tours and transportations. The location was very convenient, with many main streets and markets nearby. Overall my family and I had a wonderful time at Sedona.

I checked with the Team and was told that potentially, the rating was influenced by the defective shower in your room. On behalf of the team, I would like to apologize to you as it certainly impacted your overall experience. I have asked our Maintenance Team to check all bathroom fixtures to ensure that this will not happen again. On another note, I would like to request you to share with us additional feedback during your stay as I feel that there were other areas in which we might have been remiss. check in時候房型搞錯
