I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially luxurious, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. Waking up to such stunning scenery each day truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel even more special. Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. We will be back!

Solid 5/5 experience. We arrived by a car and were greeted with a genuine warm welcome by the staff. The infinity pool, outdoor dining, room service, near by hiking trails, comfy bed, waking up to bird singing and cows walking bells, and delicious breakfast! Thank you for relaxing stay and a chance to reconnect to nature.
