"The bar is open 24 hrs. Hotel has a movie theater. The room light circuit is difficult to figure out. Activated by the room key turns all the lights on, but can't turn them off when you want to sleep. Strange"

"There was a roach in my room, no staff on site to check in and the staff over the phone was unhelpful and hung up on me it took almost 3 hours to get checked in after numerous calls to customer service and Expedia. Worst check in experience I’ve ever encountered."
