“The room temperature was a bit warm through out the night despite the AC has been turned on to high speed.”

“The staffs are super friendly. I do like their gym, super new and clean. But I have to say the room hygiene was terrible. there was used toilet paper left in the toilet; the towel was moldy. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t use any of them.”

“Exceptional stay! The staff made us feel like family, the room was big and quiet, and the comfortable bed ensured a truly restful night.”

“What a terrible location this hotel is in. The entrance of the hotel faces on to a warehouse area. Awful!! The rooms were unbearably hot with no aircon available. The staff were kind and helpful and delivered a fan to our room but this did not help. The shower area has absolutely no privacy and looks directly onto the bed area. The TV was not working either.”

“Poor communication with guest”

“The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are helpful and friendly.”

“Rooms facing the main square are very noisy at night due to restaurants and bars there. The room is really small but functional. Staff is accommodating and moved us to a room away from the main square though much smaller”

“Good experience compared with Hyatt Place Zurich Airport”

“Clean room and good staff”
