" The hotel gave me a different room from original booking, the pre parking arrangements did not work. The food in the bar area on Friday night was very poor. The hotel had a power cut on Friday night and building work outside the hotel, which began at 7.45 Monday morning. I had a long discussion with reception about my parking in which he tried to blame a third party and it was my responsibility to sort it out! The only way I could sort this out was by getting a refund and arranging alternative parking. Service not expected by this chain of hotel."

"Was an absolutely beautiful cottage surround by some amazing views. Pool was clean and a very big added bonus to our mini honeymoon. Would definitely return. And recommend to anyone! "

"The hotel under construction didn’t even said in the website. Woke up in the morning no electricity,no water.and didn’t realised that the housekeeping not make up the room everyday..good job only stay for a couple of days."

"The room was sort of clean but had clearly seen better days. The bathroom was not great. The toilet roll holder had been pulled out of the wall by a previous guest and was just hanging there. The towel rail did not work and was thick with dust, the walls were scuffed and marked for what appeared to be a long time. I like the hotel, have stayed before but they do need to sort out the rooms "

"Staff helpful, old building and that’s why we chose to stay, breakfast was 1st class, large room, massive bed with en-suite. Very warm overnight had to open the window for some fresh air."
