The rooms are spacious , the staff are pleasant and the breakfast is very good. Well located , close to the botanical gardens and many restaurants.

This is a really nice quiet hotel, in a very quiet location with lovely tidy rooms, excellent waffles for breakfast also a decent selection of other options. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice indoor dining area also a nice outdoor seating area. Nice part of Sheffield. In the student village, but quiet (not a term time visit).30 min walk to the centre. Rooms are small, but en suite is large. Good facilities in room, fabulous breakfast offer and lovely staff.
