“My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, property was clean. Great experience.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Pretty basic, could use a refurbish. Bathroom door was problematic. Fridge was very noisy. WiFi was problematic; front desk wasn't tech savvy, gave me phone number to call & that long phone conversation yielded a good result. Didn't seem worth the cost. Won't return tho' plan to visit the area again.”
