“This a very smart home, and designed for family fun. The swimming pool is heated to 30deg. and is a great attraction. The hardcourt tennis is full size and another bonus. The large gardens are beautiful and the walled garden doubles as a croquet lawn. There are bikes, football, table tennis and DVD player. “An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car. “Absolutely amazing stay thank you so much! We stayed a few weeks before Christmas and turning up to a decorated Christmas tree was a beautiful touch. The selection of games that were available for us to play in the in the evenings were great anything and everything that we needed was available.
