“Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking……

“Chosen room was confirmed twice. Upon arrival I realised there were no entry instructions in the email. I contacted the name listed, who sent an email with instructions. I was able to enter and retrieve the room key, which did not open the door. I emailed the again. She did not reply. After searching I called the number listed. I got a cheery woman who said she would escalate my request. I said please do because I am sitting here waiting to get in. After at least 45 mins I was able to talk to……
