“We had a family of 10 stay at Brian's house for 10 nights. The resort grounds are well maintained and have a great view of the ocean. Ample sleeping room for 10 people. A/C in all of the sleeping area came in handy during 80F days. House is well supplied. If your party is 10 adults, then it might feel a bit tight if everyone tried to linger in the family room. “This house is amazing!! It was perfect because everyone can have their own space but there are also large gathering spaces available. The gym was a great added bonus. Lots of turtles in the ocean by the house. Good places to eat within walking distance.”
